It is with absolute pleasure that I pen this reference for Karen Leversha.

The journey to building our new GJ Gardner home started some 18 months before a hole was even dug. We had five conditional offers on our existing property before it became unconditional. On each of these occasions I was down to Karen’s office planning the design of our new home. Karen’s patience was unsurpassed. By the time we finally sold she had the plans of the new home already drawn up.

Our section was a real challenge for her to design the house on as we wanted 200sqm and a replication of their Showhome. After some very creative tweaking Karen managed to achieve our goal. All of the key design areas on our wish list were positioned within the home very cleverly by her.

Her communication was fantastic. I was sending regular emails looking for answers which she was able to resolve in more than quick time.

Although we asked for many special features, as per the Showhome, Karen was able to meet our budget needs exactly. She was more than willing and able to give me costs and quotes virtually on the spot. That ability has undoubtedly been developed through her experience in the industry. It made our job and decision making so much easier and quicker.

All of this gave us the confidence to work with Karen, and eventually the rest of the G J Gardner team. It was her creative design ability and fundamental knowledge of the bricks and mortar that impressed us and made this experience really enjoyable.

I highly recommend Karen Leversha to you, particularity if, like ourselves, your knowledge of the building industry is somewhat limited.
