Thank you so much for all your help in our project. Having signed with another building company first, we went through nearly 2 years of problems and still had not started on the house build. Once we ended that contract we knew from word around Dairy Flat and Coatesville that Karen Leversha and GJ both had high recommendations.

We did not want to make the same mistake with any other building company so we called Karen. We were not disappointed. Karen took on all our plans and consent from the previous company, added her recommendations, and thoughts and supported us through GJ's process. We were very hesitant to sign with another building company after losing our first deposit and I don't think we would have again if we had not had 100% confidence in Karen and GJ Rodney.

GJ's reputation means a lot to them and with that comes more piece of mind for clients knowing that GJ will take care of any faults that may arise from their contractors during and after the build. We are very happy with the outcome and very glad to finally be in our house. Thank you GJ.
