We contacted Karen Leversha from GJ Gardner Homes Rodney after a recommendation from a previous client of Karen’s. We’re glad we did! After a couple of rounds of disappointments previously from other building companies we were immediately impressed with Karen. She was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and “understood us” from the start. We talked about our requirements and ideas, showed her a few pictures we liked and Karen translated all of this into her concept plan – this plan was 90% right for us at the first drawing stage.

We found Karen to be very responsive, very understanding and patient when we wanted to make changes, kept to our budget and showed excellent knowledge with all of our many questions. We are absolutely thrilled with the result and if we were to ever think of moving away from our fabulous home to build again we know who to call. Thanks Karen we love our new home.
